Who is Eligible to become certified?
Anyone 18 and older is eligible to take the exam. The EYC certification is geared towards coaches who coach athletes 18 & under and coach team sports.

Two-year certification: $35.00
Renewal fee: $35.00 (Good for two-years)
The Exam
-Administered Online. Users will be sent login information via e-mail.
-45 minute time limit.
-30 Multiple Choice Questions.
-20 True or False Questions.
-75% Score required to pass.
The exam questions will be derived from The Principles of Value-Based Coaching Training Manual. It is highly recommended that you complete all the study questions in the book, as the questions on the exam will be similar to these questions.
If an individual does not pass the exam he or she will be able to retake the exam at a nominal fee of $5.00 (please note you can take the exam up to three times per year).
